Returns
Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be process within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
Should you wish to return any of the above for an exchange or refund, please email bestadmin@bestathletics.co.uk and include the following
information;
- Order Reference Number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- Return Reason
- Resolution (refund or exchange)
A member of the team will respond with the information required to complete the return. We regret that post and packaging charges cannot
Refunds
After receiving your return we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
